«PERSU» es el «verlan» de «super». (El «verlan» es un argot francés, es un idioma en el que invertimos las palabras). Y, por supuesto, me gusta especialmente la E, la R y la S, que son para mí, las mejores letras para pintar graffiti.

«Persu» is the «verlan» of «super». (The «verlan» is a french slang, it’s a language in which we reverse the words). And of course, I especially like the E, the R and the S, which is for me, the best letters to paint in graffiti.

What do you try to say with your graffiti?

Nada especial, no soy un artista conceptual, soy un escritor de graffiti. Pinto cuando quiero donde quiero y cuando quiero dedicar tiempo para hacer una pieza, pinto en sitios legales. Cuando veo una pared no legal me dan ganas de pintar sobre ella, sólo lo hago más rápido.

Nothing special, I ain’t a conceptual artist, I’m a graffiti writer. I just enjoy drawing complex letters and combine it with connections and arrows. I paint when I want where I want, and when I wanna spend time to make a piece, I paint in legal spots. When I see a not-legal-wall that makes me wanna paint on it, I just do it more quick.

Pienso que es bueno para la gente que no vive en Nantes y que no tengan revistas Francesas. Entoncés pueden ver mis piezas.

I think it’s cool for people who don’t live in Nantes and who don’t have french magazines. Then they can see my pieces.

¿Qué fue lo que te hizo coger un spray y ponerte a pintar en las calles?

What made you take a spray can and start painting on the streets?

Siempre me ha gustado dibujar. Me gusta la acción, los sentimientos de la acción nocturna, me gusta dibujar, pero a menudo no sé que dibujar, así que dibujo mi nombre en letras complejas. Siempre me ha gustado escribir. Me gusta el Hip-Hop en todas sus formas. No me gustan los pinceles. Me gusta que la gente vea mi mierda, sin tener que mostrarsela.

I’ve always liked to draw. I like the actions, the feelings of nocturn actions, I like to draw but I often don’t know what to draw, so I draw my name in complex letters. I’ve always liked to write. I like Hip-Hop in all its forms. I don’t like brushes. I like people to see my shit without having to show it by myself.

¡Ambas! Sólo la cantidad es como un perro orinando. Sólo la calidad es cuando uno se hace viejo o perezoso.

Algunas veces wild style, algunas veces estilo clásico, algunas veces estilo experimental.

OCT, «Deuma», «Cloun», «Cynik», «Skey» y yo (Algunos de nosotros tenemos otros nombres, pero es secreto.) Sólo 5 tios, todos amigos desde hace mucho tiempo. OCT significa: «On Court Toujours»,»On Cartonne Trop», «Obsessional Compulsive Trouble» y muchas cosas más.
