¿De dónde viene tu apodo?
Where does your pseudonym come from?
Cuando comencé a dibujar letras, se me ocurrieron las letras KASE, porque me gustaba el nombre y las letras. Al rato vi un coche entero pintado por un KASE BAD de Berlín y me di cuenta de que no podía seguir con ese nombre. Después de un tiempo luchando por rendirme, le agregué una R al final y así nació mi nombre.
When I started to draw letters, I came up with the letters KASE, because i liked name and the letters. After a while I saw a whole car painted by a KASE BAD from Berlin and I Recognized that I could not continue with this name. After a while struggeling of giving up, I added a R to the end and thats how my name was born.
¿Qué te motivó para empezar a pintar?
What motivated you to get started painting?
Siempre estaba dibujando desde que tengo memoria. Un día en el colegio había un taller de graffiti al que asistí y me enamoré instantáneamente cuando vi que podia dar forma a las letras. Eso hace 25 años.
I was always sketching since I can remember. One day at school there was a graffiti workshop I attended and fell instantly in love with shaping letters. Thats 25 years ago.
¿Cuál es tu estilo?
What is your style?
Cuando se trata de estilos, siempre estoy deseando probar algo nuevo y, por lo tanto, diría que mi estilo es versátil. Pero para nombrarlo, describiría mi estilo como una mezcla de graffiti wildstyle con formas geométricas.
When it comes to styles, i am always looking forward to try out something new and therefore i would say my style is versatile. But to name it, I would describe my style as a mix of wildstyle graffiti with geometrical shapes.

Realmente aprecio tu trabajo y esfuerzo para publicar y recopilar el trabajo de escritores de graffiti de todo el mundo. En estos tiempos de desplazamiento interminable de publicaciones de graffitis en las redes sociales, es importante que alguien ponga orden.
I really appreciate your work and effort to publish and collect the work of worldwide graffiti writers. In the times of endless scrolling of graff posts on social media, it’s important that someone brings some order into it.
¿Te acuerdas de la primera pieza?
Do you remember the first piece?
Cuando estaba en 4º de primaria había un taller de graffiti en el colegio donde empecé a pintar letras sobre papel y me sumergí en el mundo del lettering y el estilismo. Después de un tiempo, 3 amigos del colegio y yo queríamos pintar más grande y probar cómo se siente pintar con botes en las paredes. Entonces, en ese momento, la única forma de obtener sprays eran en los supermercados destinados a las obras y construcción. Así que llegamos allí, cada uno compró 2 botes de spray caros y de malísima calidad y fuimos a una pared. Era una calle muy transitada y creo que era medio legal. De todos modos, por supuesto que pintamos una mierda muy mal pintada, pero estábamos emocionados y nació el amor por pintar con botes.
When I was in the 4th grade, there was a graffiti workshop at school where I started to paint letters on paper and dived into the world of lettering and styling. After a while, 3 friends from school and me wanted to paint bigger and trying out how it feels to paint with cans on walls. So at that time, the only way to get cans were construction markets. So we got there, each one bought 2 shitty, overpriced spraycans and jumped at a wall. It was a busy street and I think it was half legal. Anyways, of course we produced holy crap, but we were excited and the love for painting with cans was born.
