¿De dónde viene tu apodo?

Where does your pseudonym come from?

Cuando era niño mi madre me regañaba y me decía que era el diablo. En ese mismo tiempo me gustaba pintar caras de diablo. Y dibujando saqué un estilo de letras con forma de cola de flecha, todo muto y salió el Tag.

When I was a kid, my mother scolded me and told me I was the devil. At the same time, I liked to draw devil faces. And while drawing, I developed a style of lettering shaped like an arrow’s tail. Everything mutated, and this tag emerged.

¿Qué te motivó para empezar a pintar?

What motivated you to get started painting?

Yo creo que la adrenalina al hacer un Tag era lo más entretenido en el inicio, después al representar mi estilo propio la motivación fue las posibilidades múltiples de evolución de mis letras, y entender que en la creación no hay límites.

I think the adrenaline rush of tagging was the most fun part at first. Later, when I began to represent my own style, the motivation was the multiple possibilities for the evolution of my lyrics, and understanding that there are no limits to creation.

¿Qué es lo que más te gusta del graffiti y lo que menos?

What do you like most about graffiti and what do you like least?

Lo que más me gusta del graffiti, aparte de hacerlo es ver la diversidad de mundos mentales plasmado en el muro. Y lo que menos son los toys que borran graffitis, la monotonía, y los que copian estilos.

What I like most about graffiti, aside from actually doing it, is seeing the diversity of mental worlds captured on the wall. What I dislike most are the toys that erase graffiti, the monotony, and those who copy styles.

Yo pienso que el graffiti tiene que estar en todas partes más aún en sitios donde se difunde la cultura del graffiti, y es un honor ser parte de esta gran web.

I think graffiti should be everywhere, especially in places where graffiti culture is spread, and it’s an honor to be part of this great website.

Do you remember the first piece?

Pasaron un par de años desde mis primeros pasos para encontrar una identidad en el graffiti, entendiendo que la copia no existe en el mundo del estilo, ya con mis propias formas considero que recién entonces logré mi primera pieza.

A couple of years passed since my first steps to find an identity in graffiti, understanding that copying doesn’t exist in the world of style, and with my own forms, I consider that only then did I achieve my first piece.
