Why is «Tumki» your tag ?
Tumki , lo que solía ser el nombre de una pequeña empresa de mi abuelo antes de morir . Él solía alquilar lavadoras. Tumki era el nombre que uno de mis tíos pintó en el lateral del carro.
Tumki, it used to be the name of a small company my grandfather had before he died. He used to rent washing machines. Tumki was the name that one of my uncles painted on the side of the cart.

What do you think of the idea of showing your graffiti in this web, as it is «elrincondelasboquillas», so that people are able to see what you do?
Me gusta, antes de que llegara el gran internet, teníamos que depender de revistas. No es que no me gusten las revistas, pero a veces es difícil conseguirlas! Todavía recuerdo las primeras revistas que eran en blanco y negro. Así que la manera en la que se pueden ver y encontrar cosas en línea hoy en día es mucho mejor .
I like it, before the internet became big, you had to rely on magazines. Not that I dislike magazines, but sometimes it was hard to get them! I can still remember the first magazines were in black & white. So the way you can see and find stuff online nowadays is much better.
¿Qué fue lo que te motivo para coger un spray y ponerte a pintar en la calle?
What made you grab a spray and start painting on the streets?
No lo sé, hacer algo que no está permitido. Por otra parte hacer algunos personajes locos para que todos los puedan ver.
I don’t really know. I guess the combination of the rush, doing something that isn’t allowed. On the other hand just doing some crazy characters for everyone to see.

En cuanto a mí, la calidad, pero todavía tengo un gran respeto por la cantidad. Soy perezoso hoy en día 😉
For myself, quality, But I still have tremendous respect for quantity. I’m just to lazy nowadays 😉

What is your style?
No puedo decir realmente que tengo un estilo. Soy sobre todo un pintor de personajes. Pero trato de cambiar lo que estoy haciendo de vez en cuando.
I can’t really say I have a style. I’m mainly a character painter. But I try to change what I’m doing every now and then.
¿Piensas que las boquillas influyen a la hora de hacer graffiti?
