¿De dónde viene tu apodo?
Where does your pseudonym come from?
Es un nombre que elegí cuando tenía 12 años y no sabía nada sobre cómo elegir las letras adecuadas. Debería haberlo cambiado para facilitarme la vida, porque esa D al final me la complicó mucho.
It’s a name I took when I was 12 and didn’t know anything about choosing the right letters. I should have changed it to make my life easier, because that D in the end really complicated my life.

What motivated you to get started painting?
Descubrí el hip-hop a través de las revistas. Vivo en las afueras de París y las primeras veces que tomé el tren con mi madre descubrí los graffitis en las vías y los trenes, lo que me dio un empujón para empezar.
I discovered hip-hop via magazines, I live in the suburbs of Paris and the first times I took the train with my mother I discovered the graffiti on the tracks and trains, I took a slap that pushed me to start.

What do you like most about graffiti and what do you like least?
Lo que más me gusta es, sin duda, la gente que he conocido y que se ha convertido en amigos, la energía del grupo y el deseo constante de evolucionar. Lo que menos me gusta es quizás el giro que ha dado el movimiento en los últimos años y todos los oportunistas que se aprovechan de nuestra cultura.
What I like the most is certainly the people I’ve met who have become friends, the group energy and the constant desire to evolve. What I like the least is perhaps the turn the movement has taken in recent years and all the opportunists who surf on our culture.

Creo que es bueno que destaquen el trabajo de los artistas que se dedican a esta cultura y agradezco poder compartir mi trabajo con personas que sienten curiosidad y aman esta cultura.
I think it’s good that you highlight the work of artists who give themselves to this culture and I appreciate being able to share my work with people who are curious and who love this culture.
¿Te acuerdas de la primera pieza?
Do you remember the first piece?
Recuerdo bien mi primera pieza de graffiti, debió de ser en el año 2000 en un pequeño bloque eléctrico cerca de la casa de mis padres. Recuerdo que fue difícil, pero las sensaciones fueron realmente geniales. En mis comienzos, lo que más me interesaba era el estilo 3D, y es un estilo que desarrollé durante los primeros 10 años con mis compañeros del equipo c3p y el IMF. Me enseñó mucho sobre la técnica y la gestión de grandes frescos. Posteriormente, desarrollé un estilo más híbrido entre letras clásicas, gráficos y gestos con la crew LA CRÈME.
Siempre trabajamos en muros grandes. No me gusta mucho pintar solo, creo que es la energía del grupo lo que me empuja a intentar hacerlo mejor.
