¿Qué te motivó para empezar a ser un artista?
What motivated you to get started being an artist?
Mi hermano fue un escritor de principio de los años 90 (Waé). Siempre he estado en la cultura del hiphop. Pintando naturalmente.
My brother was a writer in the early 90’s (Waé). I’ve always been in hip-hop culture. Writing came naturally.
¿Qué tratas de decir con tus graffitis?
What do you try to say with your graffiti?
En general, mis pinturas expresan principalmente temas positivos. Hago muchos retratos en los que la mirada tiene un lugar importante para transmitir esta o aquella expresión.
Overall, my paintings mainly express positive themes. I do a lot of portraits in which the gaze has an important place to convey this or that expression.
¿Cuál es tu estilo?
What is your style?
Hice muchas letras con estilo. Ahora, intento trabajar la técnica reproduciendo fotos, solo comienzo a hacer mis propias composiciones. En cualquier caso, pinto esencialmente figurativo, muy pocas veces graffiti puro.
I did many letters style. Now, i try to work the technique by reproducing photos, I just begin to make my own compositions. In any case, I paint essentially figurative, very little graff pure.
¿Te importaria contarnos como es un dia normal durante tu vida?
Would you mind telling us how is your normal day during the week?
Los días normales no existen en casa. Hasta hace poco, era chef, días y noches trabajando. Padre de dos hijos recientemente, destacar que decidí dedicarme a ellos y pintar por un tiempo.
Normal days do not exist at home. Until recently, I was chef, days and nights to extend. Dad of two children recently, I decided to devote myself to them and to painting for some time

Do you remember the first piece?
En julio de 1997, después de pasar un año firmando. Quería intentar hacer letras y personajes. Habíamos encontrado un lugar abandonado, una antigua fábrica de reparación de automóviles.
In July 1997, after spending a year tagging. I wanted to try to do a lettering and a characters. We had found a disused spot, a former car repair factory.
¿Dónde te gustaría pintar?
Where would you like to paint?
Hasta ahora he pintado en muchos lugares del planeta y en muchos superficies. Pinté hace unos años, en hydro-ulm y admito que pintar un objeto volador más consistente, como un airbus, me hace soñar.
Como dijo el «Che»: «Seamos realistas, exijamos lo imposible».
So far I have painted in many places on the planet, and on many supports. I painted a few years ago, on hydro-ulm and I admit that painting a flying object more consistent, like an airbus, make me dream.
As «Che» said: «Let us be realistic, let us demand the impossible».
¿Cómo te imaginas el graffiti en el futuro (Año 2085)?
How do you imagine graffiti in the future (Year 2085)?
Mientras haya paredes, habrá superficie para expresar. Y a menos que vivamos en un mundo de ositos amorosos en 2085, habrá materia para expresar.
As long as there are walls, there will be surface to express. And unless we live in a world of «Bisounours» (Lovely bears) in 2085, there will be matter to express.

Can you talk us about the graffiti in your city?
En Rennes, el graffiti es bastante apreciado. Hay todas las formas de expresión en general. Incluso hay un dispositivo creado por el municipio para permitir que todos puedan expresarse libremente en las superficies de toda la ciudad.
In Rennes, graffiti is rather well appreciated. There are all forms of expression in general. There is even a device set up by the municipality to allow everyone to express themselves freely on surfaces all over the city.
¿Qué te gusta del graffiti que te mantiene haciendolo?
What do you like the most about graffiti that keeps you doing it?
Lo que prefiero es cuando pinto en la calle. La cercanía con las personas, el intercambio directo con ellos, es tan importante como el mensaje dejado en la pared. Yo diría que el graffiti me permitió salir, abrirme a los demás, y los demás me abrieron la mente.
What I prefer is when I paint in the street. The closeness with people, the direct exchange with them, is just as important as the message left on the wall. I would say that graffiti allowed me to go outside, open myself to others, and the others open my mind.

What is your real job?
