Where does your pseudonym come from?
Yo siempre quería un nombre que tuviera opciones de dos letras o más, pero con la condición que sonara igual en cualquier manera.
I always wanted a name that had options of two letters or more, but on the condition that it sounded the same either way.
¿Qué te motivó para empezar a pintar?
What motivated you to get started painting?
Yo soy un viejo de la época de los 1980s, nací en Nueva York, y veía trenes desde chiquito. Mi familia se mudó para Miami cuando la época de breakdancing explotó. Yo no tenía ritmo, pero podía dibujar y el graffiti estaba en la infancia en Miami. Mi hermano mayor empezó a pintar antes que yo, pero las semillas ya estaban sembradas, y empecé a dibujar letras en el 1984, y a pintar paredes en 1985.
I’m an old guy from the 1980s, I was born in New York, and I watched trains since I was a little kid. My family moved to Miami when the breakdancing was exploded. I didn’t have rhythm, but I could draw and graffiti was in its infancy in Miami. My older brother started painting before me, but the seeds were already planted, and I started drawing letters in 1984, and painting walls in 1985.

What is your style?
Yo e hecho mucho esfuerzo en ser un graffitero completo. Desde el principio e intentado a siempre pararle bolas a todos los aspectos de la producción. Creó que es importante tener varias armas con que atacar, y tener la paciencia de ejecutar un concepto completo.
I have made a lot of effort to be a complete graffiti artist. From the beginning I have always tried to stop balls to all aspects of production. I think it’s important to have several weapons to attack with, and to have the patience to execute a complete concept.

¿Te acuerdas de la primera pieza?
Do you remember the first piece?
Desafortunadamente si. La primera que pinte fue con mis amigos Omne, y Greg. Pinte un Octopus abrazando las letras “Georgee-Cee”, la pinté en la calle (literalmente). Avían varios muros a el rededor, pero por alguna razón decidí pintar la berraca calle.
Unfortunately yes. The first one I painted was with my friends Omne, and Greg. I painted an Octopus hugging the letters «Georgee-Cee», I painted it in the street (literally). There were several walls around it, but for some reason I decided to paint the street.

What is your crew?
Creo que estoy en la menoría de los graffiteros en las crews que he estado desde que empece: FA (Free Agents). También estoy en UW (Urban Warriors), IH (InkHeads), y ATT (Abstracting The Typography)
I think I’m in the minority of graffiti artists in the crews I’ve been in since I started: FA (Free Agents). I’m also in UW (Urban Warriors), IH (InkHeads), and ATT (Abstracting The Typography).

He tenido el placer de tener una aventura de 38 años pintando y compartiendo con las personas más creativas de este planeta. No tengo remordimientos, y no a pasado ni un año sin pintar. Teniendo buena gente a el rededor, y evitando el drama que aveces consume esta subcultura me a dado la oportunidad de navegar el mundo con respeto y sin problemas.
I have had the pleasure of having a 38 year adventure painting and sharing with the most creative people on this planet. I have no regrets, and not a year has gone by without painting. Having good people around me, and avoiding the drama that sometimes consumes this subculture has given me the opportunity to navigate the world respectfully and smoothly.
