Sentí que era como un nombre de superhéroe. Q es la primera letra de mi nombre real, Turbo sólo lo dice todo lo que pienso.

I felt this is like a superheros name. Q is the 1st letter of my real name, Turbo just says it all i think.

 

 

 

¿Qué te motivó para empezar a ser un escritor de graffiti?

What motivated you to get started being a graffiti writer?

Como muchos otros, me sorprendió ver Style Wars. Esto fue en la clase de arte en el 93. Después de ver Stylewars, un amigo de la escuela y yo acabamos de bombardear toda la escuela por fuera…….

Like many others I was blown away after seeing Style Wars. This was in art class in ’93. After seeing Stylewars me and a school friend just bombed the whole school inside out…..

What do you try to say with your graffiti?

No estoy tratando de decir nada realmente. Me gusta pasar el tiempo pintando con colegas.

I am not trying to say anything really. I just like the time hanging and painting with Friends.

Letras de la vieja escuela con toque funky.

Oldschool Lettering with a funky twist.

¿Te acuerdas de la primera pieza?

Do you remember the first piece?

Sí, fue una pieza ilegal en una cancha de baloncesto cerca de la casa de mis padres.

Había comprobado los lugares durante semanas y finalmente bajé una noche a pintar.

Pasaron como 30 minutos y se sintió como si estuviera ahí parado por muchas horas. Sentí que era el rey de la corte.

Yes it was ’95 a illegal piece on a basketball court near my old parents house.

I had checked out the spots for weeks and finally went down one night to paint.

Spent like 30 minutes and it felt like standing there for many hours. I felt King of court there.
