Mi primera crew fue llamada «the one crew». Cada miembro tenia elegir un nombre con «1» en él. Elegí Holem1 que significa «Hands on the air» en francés.
My first crew was called «the one crew». Every member had to choose a name with «1» on it. I chose Holem1 who means «Hands on the air» in French.
¿Qué te motivó para empezar a ser un escritor de graffiti?
What motivated you to get started being a graffiti writer?
Dibujar siempre ha sido mi pasión. Con el Graffiti encontré una terapia y esto me hace feliz.
En los años 90 me inspiré sobre todo en el arte en las calles porque era genial.
Estaba fascinado con los tags y el graffiti en la línea del metro (llamada RER A). Los primeros tags, Letras en bloques y los personajes me dieron la sensación de que podía dedicar toda mi vida a ello. Nunca he parado desde entonces.
Drawing has always been my passion. With Graffiti I found a Therapy and It make me happy.
In the 90’s I was inspired mostly by art in the streets because it was cool.
I was fascinated by tag and graffiti on the subway border line (called RER A). The first tags, Block letters and characters gave me the feeling I could give my entire life on it. I never stopped since.

What do you try to say with your graffiti?
No trato de decir nada con mi graffiti. el espectador es libre de interpretar su camino.
El Graffiti es para mí una buena forma de sentirme bien, desafiarme, conocerme y compartir con la gente.
I don’t try to say something with my graffiti. the spectator is free to interpret his way.
Graffiti is for me a good way to feel good, challenge myself, meet and share with people.
¿Cuál es tu estilo?
What is your style?
Ni idea. Lo que puedo decir es que siempre intento cambiar el estilo y aportar algo.
I don’t know. What I can say is that I always try to change style and to bring something else.

Do you remember the first piece?
Fue con los amigos estábamos pillando algunos botes de la ferretería, fuimos al muro y pintamos bastante mal. habíamos hecho mierda de toyacos pero lo pasamos muy bien.
With some friends we was stealing some spaypaint from a DIY.
It turn out that all the painting was rather bad. We have done some Toy pieces but we had a fun time!

What would you do, if you weren’t a graffiti writer?
Mi padre era pintor de casas, por lo que creo que hubiera hecho lo mismo.
My father was a house painter, so I think that I would do the same.
¿Qué es lo qué más te gusta del graffiti que te mantiene haciendolo?
What do you like the most about graffiti that keeps you doing it?
Conocer gente nueva, compartir con ellos. La sensación de poder decidir mi destino, la posibilidad de evolucionar a mi manera.
Meeting new peoples, sharing with them. The feeling to be able to decide my destiny, the possibility to evolve in my own way.
