¿Qué tratas de decir con tus graffitis?

What do you try to say with your graffiti?

Lo que me ha influenciado siempre ha sido el rock and roll, hace un par de años estaba escuchando mucho rock psicodélico,prog rock,space rock,hard rock,classic rock, soul.. pero básicamente música de los 60 y los años 70. Toda la mitología de la época, las historias las canciones, las portadas de discos es lo que me inspira y trato de transferirlo a los muros.

It has always been rock’n’roll that influenced me, last couple of years i’m listening to a lot of psychedelic rock, prog rock, space rock, hard rock, classic rock, soul… so basically 60’s and 70’s music. The whole mythology of that era, the stories, the songs, the album covers are what inspires me and I’m transferring it on the walls.

Si quisiera que mi trabajo fuera escondido, no estaría haciendo graffiti.

If I wanted my work to be hidden, I wouldn’t be doing graffiti.

¿Qué te motivó para empezar a ser un escritor de graffiti?

What motivated you to get started being a graffiti writer?

Supongo que solo era un crío.necesidad de explorar, encontrar cualquier cosa nueva , es importante nutrir esa sensación si alguna vez quieres ser creativo.

I guess it was just being a kid. Need for exploration, finding something new, it’s important to nurture that feeling if you ever want to be creative.

¿Dónde te gusta pintar?

Where do you like to paint?

Los últimos 6-7 años he estado pintando mayormente en mi vecindario, hay bastante muros legales, un lugar perfecto para pequeñas producciones, con una atmósfera de paz sin presión para terminar rápidamente . Y tengo el privilegio de cruzarme con piezas mias. No es este lugar el único donde pinto.

Last 6-7 years I’ve been painting mostly in my neighbourhood, there are a lot of legal walls, a perfect spot for small productions, with peaceful atmosphere and no pressure of finishing quickly. And I have the privilege of crossing only my own pieces. But it’s not only where I write, but with who.

What is the style you use?

Supongo que podría ser llamado una version de semi-wild style, pero lo estoy viendo como mi firma sobre los años de oro del rock inspirado en los fondos.

I suppose it could be called a version of semi-wild style, but I’m seeing it as my signature over the golden age of rock inspired backgrounds.

¿Cómo te imaginas el graffiti en el futuro (año 2085)?

How do you imagine graffiti in the future (Year 2085)?

Con la ayuda de todo tipo de dispositivos,internet,almohadillas, teléfonos y cualquier cosa. Estoy sintiendo que todo tipo de artesanía esta siendo olvidada, ya se bien en la artes visuales o en las artes auditivas y espere que cambie pronto, antes incluso que olvidemos escribir con un bolígrafo.

With the help of all sorts of gadgets, internet, pads, phones and everything…I’m feeling that all sorts of handcrafts are being forgotten, whether in visual or audio arts, and I hope it changes, soon, before we even forget how to write…with a pen.

Can you talk us about this as the graffiti in your city?

Mucho ha cambiado en el ultimo par de años, hay gente que todavía sigue pintando después de 20 años, algunos pararon, algunos son escritores de fin de semana, algunos solo empiezan.

A lot has changed in the last couple of years, there are people who still write after 20 years, some stopped, some are weekend writers, some just beginning.
