¿De dónde viene tu apodo?
Where does your pseudonym come from?
Mis colegas siempre me han llamado rana y mi abuelo llamaba renacuajos a mi padre y mis tios. Aparte no siempre he firmado igual, antes tenia otra firma, pero pienso que todo evoluciona, al fin y al cabo no busco que se me reconozca por un nombre, si ves un «Antoñito ́ ́ aunque no ponga Max sabes de quien es.
My friends have always called me frog and my grandfather called to my uncle and father tadpoles. Besides I have not always tagged the same, before I had another tag, but I think that everything evolves, after all I do not seek to be recognized by a name, if you see a tag with name «Antoñito ́ ́ even if you do not write Max you know who it belongs to.
¿Qué te motivó para empezar a pintar?
What motivated you to get started painting?
Desde pequeño me quedaba absorto durante horas mirando los murales, me flipaban los muñecos que hacían (las letras no alcanzaba a entender que ponía) los efectos que le daban y sobre todo, el que cada cual hacía lo que quería, eran libres y eso me fascinaba.
A medida que fui creciendo, me iba cruzando a más gente que estaba fuertemente ligada con el graffiti y todos siempre me incitaban a probar suerte, pero supongo que la mayor de las motivaciones fue en segundo de la E.S.O. cuando conocí a muchos de mis amigos actuales, los cuales por aquel entonces pintaban, fue entonces donde me contagie de una enfermedad que a día de hoy sigue sin cura. Agradecer a mi madre que también fue gran fuente de inspiración a nivel pictórico.
Since I was a child I was absorbed for hours looking at the murals, I was fascinated by the characters they made (the letters I could not understand what they said), the effects they gave and above all, the fact that everyone did what they wanted, they were free and that fascinated me.
As I grew up, I was crossing more people who were strongly linked to graffiti and everyone always encouraged me to try my luck, but I guess that the greatest motivation was in the second year of E.S.O. when I met many of my current friends, who at that time painted, it was then that I got infected with a disease that today remains without cure. I would like to thank my mother who was also a great source of inspiration at the pictorial level.

What is your style?
Cartoon, newschool, characters, personajes, kekos…. cada cual le llama de una manera diferente, para mi siempre serán «kekos ́ ́. De pequeño todos mis compañeros dibujaban a Goku de Dragon Ball, el más raro a lo mejor algún dinosaurio, por suerte mis padres me han criado entre cómics del Vibora, Creepy show, Zona 84…etc, por lo que yo copiaba cosas más adultas.
En el graffiti me alucinaba lo que hacía Morse, yo vivo en Fuenlabrada y compraba botes en su tienda, muchas tardes iba solo a verle dibujar, aun recuerdo un conejo con cara loco y dos botes echando fuego… y en letras, paraba enfrente de una pieza del grandísimo Sicme! y siempre pensaba que ojalá tener ese flow haciendo letras jajaja. Supongo que mi estilo es una mezcla de todas esas cosas.

In graffiti I was amazed by what Morse did, I live in Fuenlabrada and I used to buy cans in his store, many afternoons I went alone to see him draw, I still remember a rabbit with a crazy face and two cans throwing fire … and in letters, I stopped in front of a piece of the great Sicme! and I always thought that I wish I had that flow doing letters hahaha. I guess my style is a mix of all those things.

No voy a mentir, no daba crédito y para mi era inconcebible, me sentí como un niño cuando le dicen que va de vacaciones a Disney Land. Es una oportunidad única para dar a conocer lo que hago, así como una opción de conocer a otros y aprender de su trabajo.
I’m not going to lie, I couldn’t believe it and for me it was inconceivable, I felt like a child when they tell you that you are going on vacation to Disney Land. It is a unique opportunity to showcase what I do, as well as an option to meet others and learn from their work.
¿Te acuerdas de la primera pieza?
Do you remember the first piece?
Recuerdo que no fue una pieza al uso, por aquel entonces hacía un gusano, muy parecido a los del Worms, pero fue una soberana mierda jajaja
Me acuerdo perfectamente que agarre la bici y me fui lo mas lejos que podía, si mi madre lo veía, iba a identificarlo, porque lo dibujaba por todos lados, nada funcionaba como yo pensaba o había visto en algún video, todo me chorreaba, el trazo era enorme y nada regular, el tamaño al que lo hice no era el adecuado y un largo etcetera, pero supongo que el no hacerlo bien, también me pico un gusanillo de querer mejorar y dejarlo todo como estaba en mi cabeza (a día de hoy nunca me quedo al 100% satisfecho).
I remember that it was not a piece to use, at that time I made a worm, very similar to those of Worms, but it was a sovereign shit hahaha.
I remember perfectly that I grabbed the bike and I went as far as I could, if my mother saw it, she was going to identify it, because I drew it everywhere, nothing worked as I thought or had seen in a video, everything was dripping, the line was huge and not regular, the size at which I did it was not adequate and a long etcetera, but I guess that not doing it right, I also got a little bug of wanting to improve and leave everything as it was in my head (to this day I’m never 100% satisfied).

Actualmente, mi gente, son UwU y Grow Up, grupos de los cuales cada día aprendo más y con los que tengo la inmensa suerte de trabajar, incluso a diario!
Pero,mis andanzas en este mundo no hubieran sido igual sin muchos de los que han pasado por mi vida.
