What motivated you to get started painting?
Ahora puedo decir; que la mejor vida es la de un artista, por eso empecé a pintar.
Now I can say; that the best life is an artist’s life, that’s why I started painting.

What is your style?
Como me inspiro en mi entorno cotidiano, mi obra suele tener una perspectiva de observación. Al combinar formas aparentemente opuestas, como el realismo, el pixel art y las abstracciones, siempre estoy superando los límites.
As I find inspiration in my day-to-day environment, my work generally contains an observational outlook. In combining seemingly opposing forms, such as realism, pixel art and abstractions, I am always pushing the boundaries.

Do you remember the first piece?
De niño dibujaba un personaje, el resultado me hacía sentir satisfecho y orgulloso. Todavía persigo este sentimiento, solo que el listón es un poco más alto.
As a child I drew a character, the result made me feel satisfied and proud. I still pursue this feeling, only the bar is a bit higher.
Y para terminar ¿algo que quieras decir?

El arte es mi medio para funcionar de forma autónoma en esta sociedad. Crear y desarrollar me hace experimentar el conflicto, la euforia, la decepción y el orgullo. En otras palabras: la pintura me hace seguir adelante.

Art is my means to function autonomously in this society. Creating and developing causes me to experience conflict, euphoria, disappointment and pride. In other words: paint keeps me going.
