¿Qué te motivó para empezar a pintar?

What motivated you to get started painting?

Empecé a pintar porque me inspiraba el arte mural que veía en mi ciudad natal.

Era cuando estaba en el instituto y los murales que veía en mi trayecto diario al colegio me fascinaban y parecían estar cambiando.

I started painting because I was inspired by the mural art I saw in my hometown. 

That was when I was in high school and the murals I saw on my daily commute to school were fascinating and seemed to be changing.

 

 

 

¿Cuál es tu estilo?

What is your style?

Mi estilo es colorista y dibujo plantas con líneas limpias. Recientemente, también he estado trabajando en expresiones de ilustración plana.

My style is colorful and I draw plants with clean lines. Recently, I have also been working on flat illustration expressions.

Estoy muy agradecida por haber presentado mi obra. También me gusta ver en tu web a tantos artistas.

I am very grateful to you for introducing my artwork.  Also I enjoy I could see so many artists.

 

 

 

¿Te acuerdas de la primera pieza?

Do you remember the first piece?

Recuerdo mi primera obra. Fue hace unos 15 años, no sabía lo que quería pintar, y aquella pieza era muy abstracta. Al darme cuenta de que no me entusiasmaba, la obra cambió. Y ahora, mi motivo favorito, las plantas, son mi principal expresión.

I remember my first piece. It was about 15 years ago, I didn’t know what I wanted to paint, and that piece was very abstract. Realizing that it did not excite me my self, the artwork changed.  And now, my favorite motif, plants, are my main expression.
