¿De dónde viene tu apodo?

Where does your pseudonym come from?

Hay un carácter chino »Cheng» en mi nombre, que fue escrito como »橙» . Significa «Naranja». Este carácter rara vez se utiliza en los nombres de los taiwaneses, por lo que creo que es especial.

There’s a Chinese character ‘’Cheng’’ in my name, which was written as ‘’橙’’ . It means ‘’Orange’’. This character was rarely used in naming for Taiwanese, therefore I think it is special.

 

 

 

¿Qué te motivó para empezar a pintar? 

What motivated you to get started painting?

Empecé a bailar break-dance cuando tenía 15 años, al mismo tiempo que conocí la cultura Hip-Hop, incluido el graffiti.

I started break-dancing when I was 15, at the same time I met Hip-Hop culture including graffiti.

 

 

 

¿Cuál es tu estilo? 

What is your style?

Handstyle, Wildstyle.

Y me he centrado en añadir efectos y materiales a mis letras, especialmente algunos elementos de la cultura tradicional taiwanesa.

Handstyle, Wildstyle.

And I’ve been focusing on adding effects and materials onto my letters, especially some Taiwanese traditional culture elements.

Es un placer y estoy muy emocionado porque esta es mi entrevista internacional.

¿Te acuerdas de la primera pieza? 

Do you remember the first piece?

Claro, Cuando tenía 16 años, me cole en una casa abandonada al lado de mi escuela solo. Recuerdo que pinté unas simples letras gigantes. Aunque me encanta el Wildstyle ahora, pintaba piezas que tenian que mejorarse cada vez que pintaba. Creo que es solo el sentimiento de libertad e inocencia aunque no tenia ninguna habilidad en ese momento.

Sure, When I was 16 , I broke in an abandon house beside my school alone . I remembered I painted a simple giant letters. Although I love Wildstyle now, but the artworks when I was a beginner could still touch me a lot. I think it’s just the feeling of Freedom and innocence although I have no skill at that time.
