¿De dónde viene tu apodo?
Where does your pseudonym come from?
El nombre me lo dio una persona muy importante para mí. Desde entonces estoy usando este apodo.
The name was given to me by a person who was very important to me. Since then i`m using this nick.
¿Qué te motivó para empezar a pintar?
What motivated you to get started painting?
Empecé en 1993 cuando un amigo mío volvió de Nueva York. Trajo consigo un montón de revistas de graffiti, botes de spray y vídeos. Enseguida me interesaron las posibilidades que ofrece esta forma de crear arte. También me entusiasmó el estilo de vida y toda la interacción entre los artistas.
I started in 1993 when a friend of mine came back from New York. He brought a lot of Graffiti Magazines, Spray cans and videos with him. I was immediately interested in the possibilities this way of creating art offers. Also i was excited about the lifestyle and the whole interaction between the artists.
¿Cuál es tu estilo?
What is your style?
Hmmm… mi estilo se basa en elementos gráficos. Los junto como un paisaje, en una combinación de formas orgánicas y contornos. Una mezcla de pintura gráfica y pintura de acción. Una obra de arte no tiene que ser «limpia». Al mezclar estos elementos, el cuadro cobra vida. Mi estilo de escritura se beneficia de los errores y las imprecisiones. Uno de mis secretos…. nunca pintar bocetos – me gusta trabajar completamente libre.
Hmmm…my style is based on graphic elements. I put them together like a landscape, in a combination of organic shapes and outlines. A mix of graphic painting and action painting. A piece of art has not to be „clean“. With mixing this elements together, the picture comes to life. My stylewriting benefits from mistakes and inaccuracies. One of my secrets….i never paint sketches – i enjoy to work completely free.

Sí, por supuesto. Fue en un túnel de tren en desuso. En aquella época pintaba bajo el seudónimo NEZ. Nunca olvidaré el ambiente, la sensación, la patada. Fue una experiencia fantástica.
Yes, of course! It was in a disused train tunnel. At that time i was painting under the pseudonym NEZ. I will never forget the atmosphere, the feeling, the kick. It was a fantastic experience!

Desde mi punto de vista, es increíble que la escena sea cada vez más grande y que tengamos la posibilidad de llegar y enriquecer a más y más personas con nuestro arte. Así es como podemos hacer que nuestro mundo sea un poco mejor y más colorido cada día. Saludos a todos los que salen cada día a ser creativos.
From my view, it is awesome that the scene is getting bigger and bigger and that we have the possibility to reach and enrich more and more people with our art.
