Practicar mucho mucho! intentar pintar con mucha gente diferente tambien. de otra manera tu puedes aprender técnicas nuevas. y necesitar todo el tiempo posible para dibujar.
Lots and lots of practice! Try paint with as many different people as well. That way you can learn new techniques. and you need to keep sketching all the time as well!
