¿Por qué tu tag es "KIES" ?
Why is "KIES" your tag ?
En el 1993 empecé con KIS (Kiss), porque me gustaban las letras. Después fui alternando el nombre con KHIS, para finalmente en el 1998 quedarme con KIES hasta la actualidad.
I started panting in 1993 under the name of Kis, because I liked those letters. Then I modified the name to Khis. Eventually in 1998 I ended up with Kies.
¿Qué fue lo que te motivo para coger un spray y ponerte a pintar en la calle?
What was that motivate you to grab a spray can I go paint?
Me gustaba la música Hip Hop y descubrí el graffiti por los tags de mi ciudad. En el instituto conocí a gente que pintaba y una cosa llevo a la otra.
I always liked hip-hop music, I found graffiti because of the tags that were all over my city besides that, there were people in my institute that took me where I am now.

Graffiti ...¿cantidad o calidad?
Graffiti… quantity or quality?
Ante todo calidad, en una pieza, un plata o un throw up, un tag; siempre tiene que tener estilo.
Especially quality, everything has to be well done.
¿Qué tratas de decir con tus graffitis?
What are you trying to say with your graffiti letters?
Nada, esto es graffiti y para mi el graffiti es estilo.
Nothing, this is graffiti. Graffiti is just about style to me.
¿Piensas que la sociedad acepta el graffiti?
Do you think the society accept graffiti?
La mayoría de gente no acepta el graffiti vandálico, como son tags y piezas de bombing. En general, el graffiti legal a la gente le gusta, pero el graffiti para mi es todo y no se puede diferenciar.
The majority of the people don't accept vandalism graffiti , such as tagging, bombing pieces, etc. People like legal graffiti. To me, graffiti is graffiti and you can not make any differences.

How do you define the word “Graffiti”?
Tu forma de expresarte en cualquier tipo de superficie.
A way of self-expression on any type of surface.

What do you like the most about graffiti that keeps you doing it?
Me gusta porque me hace sentir bien conmigo mismo y hoy por hoy es una necesidad de desarrollar mi nombre.
Los colegas también son una parte importante que te ayudan a mantenerte activo.
Y viajar y pintar con gente de otras ciudades.
It makes me feel good with myself and nowadays it's a necessity to develop my name.
My friends also are an important part because they help you to follow active. and travel and paint with people of other countries.
¿Cuáles son tus escritores favoritos?
What are your favorite graffiti writers?
Hay varios, pero sobretodo me gusta mucho el graffiti que se pinta en Europa.
There are a lot.. but I like European graffiti the most.
¿Qué opinas del graffiti en trenes?
What do you think about graffiti on trains?
Me gusta, forma parte del graffiti. Es un gran subidón de adrenalina el pintarlos y ver tu nombre en ellos.
I like it , its part of graffiti plus its just about adrenaline.
¿Nos podrías dar algún consejo para ser igual de bueno que tu en este arte?
What would be your advices to get to your level?
Amar el graffiti y buscar tu propio estilo, que se convierta en tu huella personal para que todo el mundo reconozca tus piezas. Tienes que ir evolucionando y mejorando cada día.
Love graffiti and try to come out with your own style and let it become your own mark too to be recognized by the graffiti audience.
